When I called to confirm my reservation, the woman on the phone acted as if I was bothering her. We made at appointment for me to come in and pay/pick up the keys the next day. I arrived 10 minutes early to see no one was there and a sign on the door said they’d be back in 45 minutes... there was a line of people whom were waiting for assistance. I needed a place that day so I googled other ones and chose Extra Space Storage, they were more than happy to help me. I ended up paying less for a way nicer unit and good service.
